General shipping information

For Australian orders, we ship using eParcel, Road Freight only.  We are authorised by Australia Post to send your orders, road freight, maximum of 15ML (large) bottles.  This is because nail polish is considered dangerous goods.

For international orders, the shipping rate is calculated for a maximum of 0.5kg.  If your order excess this amount we will contact you.  As a guide, we can ship up to 6 x 15ML (large) bottles.

We ship using DHL Couriers world-wide.  Our shipping complies with the IATA Rules & Regulations for shipping Dangerous Goods of which we hold a current certification.  Because this is nail polish and classified as flammable dangerous goods, our shipping complies.

Glitter Cosmetics is not responsible for your local import tariffs, duties, fees, or taxes levied by your country or its departments.

How do you ship within Australia and how long does it take?
We ship Australia wide through eParcel with Australia Post.  Shipping is traceable and takes up to 7 days.

Do you ship internationally?  How much is the shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide to most countries via DHL.  The costs vary per country and usually takes up to 5 days.  The costs are automatically calculated on the payment portal page, however, as a guide for up to 0.5kg in weight, please refer to the below table.

Do you exchange?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchange of goods at the present time.

How do I make a payment?
We accept payment via PayPal.  You do not need a PayPal account to order on-line.  Products are generally shipped from Glitter Cosmetics.  Glitter Cosmetics is not responsible for your local import tariffs, duties, fees, or taxes levied by your country or its departments. You are obliged to accept the order package and pay these fees and any collection fees charged by the carrier. These fees are not included in the order total because Glitter Cosmetics is not in any way associated with their collection. If the package is returned to us, you are still responsible for the shipping costs. If products are abandoned by customers who refuse to pay the above fees, they are generally impounded by your local customs department or agency and there can be no refund by Glitter Cosmetics on the purchase. Transit times for overseas order shipment can vary so please contact us for details.

What is your return and refund policy?
There will be no credit given on order price difference, due to price drops. Please select carefully at the time when you place your order.

Returns for refund will only be accepted within 7 days of you receiving the goods. Returned goods must be in its original condition and include all the original packaging. Shipping and handling cost are not refundable. This return for refund policy is applicable for change of mind, and lack of expertise for use of product

Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to Glitter Cosmetics within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery. This can only be done by E-mail or Fax.

If item(s) received is not what was ordered please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.

Glitter Cosmetics owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been dispatched in error.

What is your warranty claim?
All goods sold by Glitter Cosmetics come with a warranty to be free from any defects or faults. This warranty is not transferable.

Goods under warranty cover will be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer. No refund can be provided under any circumstances.

Warranty only covers the item(s) sold by Glitter Cosmetics.

A large percentage of returned goods are found to be, not faulty. If the returned goods are determined by Glitter Cosmetics to not be faulty, then all returning shipping fees will be worn by the customer. We will seek the permission from the customer to charge this cost to the customer's credit card where possible. Failing this, the goods will be sent back by Australia Post COD freight collected. Glitter Cosmetics also reserves the right to charge the labour cost for examining these goods where no fault was found.

All warrantees are voided if returned product is found in any way to be mishandled, misinstalled, modified, tampered, abused, physically damaged.
