To achieve this intense eye lid colour:
- Use your Glitter Gal blue eye pencil and colour-in the entire lid.
- Apply our charcoal blue eyeshadow, on top of the pencil colour, this seals the intensity (wax pencil with a dry eyeshadow stops smudging).
- Blend, blend, blend eye shadow in upward motion to create smoldering sexy eyes. This simple, but effective technique will create long lasting, smudge proof eye makeup!
